5 WORST BOLLYWOOD MOVIES OF 2015

MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone, as Christmas celebration are going on 2015 is about to end. This year was no different from any other years in Bollywoodg, we saw some spectacular movies and we also witnessed some disasters. We will talk about 2015’s best movies next time but today let’s talk about the biggest disasters of this year.

SHAANDAAR: if we are talking about disasters I cannot even think about missing this one. Honestly speaking I have seen some pretty bad movies like Saawariya, Tees Maar Khan, Ungly, Happy Ending etc. This movie is so bad that you will even feel ashamed of listening to its songs in public. Vikas Bahl who gave us movies like Chillar Party and Queen is the same man who gave us this SHAANDAAR NIGHTMARE.

ROY: The trailer of this film was looking promising, people were expecting a large scale mind game, over the top romance and some obsession stuff. All the songs were chartbusters nothing could go wrong but after the first screening the ship sank itself. The content and story plot was so shallow and slim that it gives you an instant feeling for anger and frustration and after watching this all you wanted to do is go on twitter and Unfollow the entire star cast.

BOMBAY VELVET : Anurag Kashyap who is one of the finest film makers of Bollywood, and he gave us his dream project worth a whopping budget of 120 Crores. Simply Bombay Velvet is one of the most expensive movies of 2015. Everyone expected great things from this one like “gangs of wasseypur”. Everything was wrong about this movie nothing makes sense and it was simply the worst movie of Anurag Kashyap.

ALONE : Personally I am not a big horror genre fan yet I found this one appealing and went for it. That was simply my worst decision on 2015. Makes tried to make a “HORR-TICA” which is “HORROR” and “EROTICA”. In this movie horror sequences didn’t scare me and romance sequences didn’t excite me at all so it was simply one more bad take of horror movies in Bollywood.

KIS KISKO PYAR KAROON : Film Makers “ABBAS-MUSTAN” tried to cash comedian Kapil Sharma’s popularity by making a movie (a whole movie) starring him as lead actor. Kapil Sharma I must admit he is a god gifted comedian but it doesn’t mean that he can act too. From this movie my only expectation was a few giggles but instead of giggles all I got was headache pure headache.    

BROTHERS TRAILER REVIEW

So guys after Gabbar is Back Akshay Kumar is back with his latest movie “Brothers” in which his brother is Sidharth Malhotra. The trailer is out if you haven’t seen it yet it’s right her have a look.

As we all know Brother is an official remake of 2011 Hollywood movie “Warrior”. I have seen warrior and I enjoyed it but now it’s up to director to  make a remake buyable for Indian audience otherwise it will become a disaster like “Players”.

I have seen the trailer and the trailer is exciting and simultaneously satisfying. It’s a Dharma production movie so of course it’s  visually rich and fantastic. In trailer you can see Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra fighting and training for fighting doing al that cool stuff which is enjoyable.

On the other hand this trailer does have some some really emotion glimpses which makes this movie not only a sports movie but it does make it a complete movie with more realistic and reliable characters.

Brother is directed by Karan Malhotra who previously directed Hrithik Roshan starring Agneepath and believe me this man can make you buy stupid and unreal things happening on screen and still you will enjoy it and one more thing that this man does know how to create a good or bad character so all and all I am excited for brothers

SHAMITABH trailer review

After a long break of 6 years the amazing pair of R Balki and Amitabh Bachchan is back with Shamitabh starring Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush in lead roles. The trailer of Shamitabh is right here have a look.

This trailer makes you more curious about the movie but does not reveal much of story plot. Amitabh Bachchan is in a whole new look and he is looking really different.  In trailer Amitabh Bachchan delivers few dialogue but when he is on screen he creates a magic and he is simply amazing.

Opposite Amitabh Bachchan we have Dhanush who is playing a rising star in film industry. His journey from a small village to film industry looks interesting. Dhanush looks good in trailer at least but in the movie his role has to be interesting and his performance must be power pack otherwise no one will notice his in front of Amitabh Bachchan.

With Shamitabh we have a new face of Akshara Haasan who is daughter of great Kamal Haasan. In the entire trailer of Shamitabh we can only see her face few times and according to me her role in this movie would be nothing more than a pretty face for some songs.

So all and all the trailer of Shamitabh is exciting and the movie is all set to release on 6th February.   

UGLY movie review

When I first saw the trailer of Ugly I was kind of confused because I couldn’t understand what is ugly or who is ugly. But when I saw the entire film than I realized there is nothing Ugly in it it’s another masterpiece by Anurag Kashyap and this movie is about a few people with Ugly intentions.

What makes Ugly different from any other movie, I would say beginning in the beginning there is no grand introduction music nothing like that at all directly cut to the actual situation. One thing which is really impressive about this movie is after watching the movie you can’t decide who was the hero in it because in Ugly everyone is Villain.

Ugly is a suspense movie in the movie a girl is kidnapped and through the entire film you just keep guessing who is that bad guy but Ugly just don’t reveal the that until the last frame.

One thing I particularly liked in Ugly is Ronit Roy he is simply brilliant. He plays a cop who is a bad guy but he never meant to be bad but other people around him make him bad. Remember Ronit Roy’s character is BOSS he is just like that or I say even better. 

The movie is so realistic that in middle of the movie you simply forget that you are watching a film you are kind of into it. And the characters don’t throw heavy dialogues in heavy voice, lead actors don’t dance and sing with background dancers. Even in the movie there is one sequence when a character is making tea and you can see the chunks of noodles on his stove. This means he lives alone and had instant noodles, amazing art direction.

So all and Ugly is a great movie or I should say one of the best movies by Anurag Kashyap don’t miss it.

HAWAIZAADA TRAILER REVIEW

    

Hello everyone Ayushmann Khurrana’s latest movie Hawaizaada’s trailer is out on internet if you haven’t seen it yet its right here have a look.

Hawaizaada is situated in a time when flying in air was just a dream. Hawaizaada is based on life on scientist Shivkar Bapuji Talpade who is credited to construct India’s first airplane in year 1895. Shivkar Bapuji Talpade constructed airplane before Wright Brothers actually constructed first airplane.

In Hawaizaada Ayushmann Khurrana plays role of Shivkar Bapuji and Mithun Chakraborty plays role of Pandit Subbarāya Shāstry, under Shastry’s guidance Shivkar Bapuji created airplane and Pallavi Sharda plays Shivkar’s love interest. In trailer we can see Ayushmann Khurrana in a nerdy look who is very weak in studies but he is very intelligent, who dreams about big things but everyone thinks he is useless.

The movie is directed by Vibhu Puri. The trailer is looking very good. As of now Ayushmann Khurrana desperately need a hit film. Because after giving flops like Nautanki Saala and Bewakoofiyaan his acting career is vacillating. In trailer Ayushmann Khurrana is looking good and he is in his full form and he will do everything to bring this movie to success.

All and Hawaizaada trailer is impressive.

KHAMOSHIYAN TRAILER REVIEW

Just few days ago KHAMOSHIYAN trailer was out on internet I hope you have seen it by now if not here it is have a look it’s really interesting.

By the trailer we can say it’s an erotic thriller. Not having big names in a movie is an advantage because audience's expectations from the movie are not very high. The movie has all TV’s famous faces like Ali Fazal, Sapna Pabbi and Gurmeet Choudhary in it. It’s a complete trailer it has everything in it. Everything means some really erotic scenes between Ali Fazal and Sapna Pabbi and some really exciting horror scenes.

Khamoshiyan is produced by Vishesh Films and one thing which is really amazing about Vishesh Films is they deliver excellent music. And in Khamoshiyan it’s same the first track from movie is already chartbuster.

Khamoshiyan is directed by debutant director Karan Darra and seriously he did a good job in this movie. According to trailer we can assume that Ali Fazal and Sapna Pabbi have full fledged roles when Gurmeet has a limited role.

The movie is story of a writer who is looking for a story and then he meets a girl who lives in huge villa all alone in silence and the writer feels that there is something wrong with this girl and her villa and then we can watch some really cool horror sequences.

All and all KHAMOSHIYAN trailer is very impressive.

ROY TRAILER REVIEW

Hello guys. Just few days ago ROY trailer was out on internet but I was more excited about PK but now here is my review of ROY trailer.

ROY is a love triangle about a thief, a film maker and an actress. In leading trio we have Arjun Rampal, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ranbir Kapoor. In the trailer Ranbir looks like a common man but he is the greatest thief in history who is maybe trying to steal paintings. Most of the story takes place in Malaysia where Arjun Rampal is making his film.

Ranbir Kapoor is playing ROY and it’s his responsibility to take this movie to success. In the trailer we can see Ranbir Kapoor doing some hot action sequences. It’s very hard for Ranbir to do this kind of character because of his lover boy image remember last time he did action in BESHARAM and that turned out to be a fiasco.

ROY is written and directed by debutant director Vikramjit Singh and there are also in this movie Shri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez will be playing a double role. 

I don’t know what went wrong with the trailer but as I our expectations from Roy were very high trailer is a bit disappointing. Roy is expected to hit the screens on February 13, 2015.

MAD MAX FURY ROAD

When they first announced MAD MAX FURY ROAD I was a little skeptical, I was thinking that people in this generation wont accept it but when I first saw the trailer I was wrong. Here is the trailer have a look.

First of all the trailer is visually amazing. And it has all new casting in it.  The deserts are gorgeous a giant sand storm which looks like a huge wave of tsunami. We have Tom Hardy who is playing MAD MAX  and with him we have Charize Theron  both are looking very comfortable and bad ass in their roles. 

Everything in this trailer is so well designed that only the trailer build up the mood and situation of the movie. In this trailer we see lots of huge blasts, crazy monster cars, strange looking punk gangs, gun fires and lots of action what else you expect from a MAD MAX movie..?

MAD MAX FURY ROAD is directed by George Miller who directed MAD MAX trilogy so he knows how to make it right he understand what audience want to watch is a MAD MAX movie. The trailer is simply amazing and by the trailer we can assume that this movie will definitely give MAD MAX franchise a superb kick start.

BADLAPUR TRAILER REVIEW

By now we all know that Varun Dhawan starrer BADLAPUR trailer is out. I hope you all have seen the trailer so here is my review of Badlapur trailer.

The trailer starts with a voiceover by Varun Dhawan saying “people say that we should forget our enemies and I also believe in that but before we forget them we must torture them to death.”  Than we see a frame showing both shades of Varun Dhawan’s character in this movie. One is his regular loving charming character and second side of his character is a hardcore rusty man. And believe me his dark side of character is far more interesting.

After that the trailer starts giving us glimpse of all other actors in movie like Huma Qureshi, Yami Gautam, Divya Dutta and Vinay Pathak. Most interesting part is villain of Badlapur played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui and according to me he is one the finest actors we have in Bollywood.  Best thing about Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s acting is that he acts so naturally that he makes you forget that he is acting he simply lives his character.

Varun Dhawan against Nawazuddin Siddiqui kind of strange casting. It’s the first time when Varun Dhawan is actually trying to do something different. And we can actually see his efforts in this trailer. If everything works out Badlapur will become a benchmark of Varun Dhawan’s acting career. 

Badlapur is directed by Sriram Raghavan who previously directed movies like Ek Hasina Thi and Johnny Gaddaar yes he also directed Agent Vinod but I would love to forget that. One thing which is noteworthy about Sriram Raghavan is that in his movies the characters are very interesting and they really make sense. So all and all I really liked BADLAPUR trailer.

ALONE TRAILER REVIEW

Hello everyone. Maybe you haven’t noticed but few hours ago ALONE trailer is out on internet starring Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover and it’s a horror movie and the trailer is quite interesting so here is my review of ALONE trailer.

The trailer starts with some images of conjoined babies. So Alone is a story of two conjoined sisters Anjana and Sanjana both played by Bipasha Basu  and these two sisters made one promise that they will always stay together. Now they perform an operation to separate these two conjoined sister and in operation Anjana dies and Sanjana survives. Then Sanjana and Kabir (Karan Singh Grover) goes to Sanjana’s old house for Holidays I suppose. In Sanajana’s old house there is a room which is always locked and according to servants Anjana’s soul is inside that room. Now Kabir opens that room and than a series of disturbing events begins.

In the trailer there are few horror sequences and believe me those are very effective. I am not a big fan of horror genre but still I liked those moments. Apart from horror there are some really hot scenes between Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover. Sex and Horror both are extreme emotions so they perfectly complements each other.

With ALONE Karan Singh Grover once a television heartthrob is making his Bollywood debut and with him we have Bipasha Basu who is doing her 6th horror movie. So by now I suppose she mastered the art of acting in horror movies.


Alone is directed by Bhushan Patel who previously directed   1920: EVIL RETURNS and RAGINI MMS 2. Maybe Alone will become a genuine hit after my personal favorite after 1920. Have you seen the trailer if not its right here have a look.

TERMINATOR GENISYS TRAILER REVIEW

Guys we all know that new Terminator Genisys trailer is out and it’s the fifth movie in Terminator franchise and I hope you all have seen the trailer by now and here is my review of Terminator Genisys trailer.

Now it’s a reboot of Terminator Franchise and there will be a trilogy of Terminator reboot franchise. In the beginning of trailer we can see that in future Machines are ruling on earth and they are killing the humans. John Conner played by Jason Clarke is leading human resistance. Now machines sends a terminator back in time to kill John Conner’s mother Sarah Conner so in future John Conner wouldn’t exist but to ensure his existence,  John Conner sends his best lieutenant Kyle Reese played by Jai Courtney back in time to save his mother and his existence along with the future of human race.

When   Kyle Reese arrives in present he discovers that Sarah Conner is only a teenage girl played by Emilia Clarke who is raised by another Terminator played by Arnold Schwarzenegger so in present there is one terminator and one lieutenant trying to protect Sarah Conner and against them there is a T-1000 terminator model played by Lee-Byung-hun And after that lots of chase and kiosk.

In the trailer there are some really cool action sequences and yellow bus back flip sequences is my personal favorite. And visually the trailer really enjoyable after the fiasco of Terminator Salvation I hope this movie can fulfill audience’s expectations from a terminator movie.   As a person I am a huge fan of Terminator movies and you have to admit this trailer is really cool. The movie is coming out July 1, 2015 and definitely I am not gonna miss this one.

BABY TRAILER REVIEW

 What is BABY is it a real baby or a code name of someone or code name of an operation for example OPERATION BABY pretty cool. So finally the waiting is over and Baby trailer is out now. I have seen the trailer over and over again and here is my review of Baby trailer.

It’s a Neeraj Pandey movie. The man who gave us excellent movies like A Wednesday and Special 26. Till now he has 100% success record after watching the trailer we can assume the record will remain the same. 

Now first of all let’s talk about casting. We can easily say that the movie has great actors in it like Akshay Kumar who is playing this kind of intense role after a very long time. Danny Denzongpa we all know he is a great actor and he works only in selected film. Anupam Kher who is again a brilliant actor and a living legend of acting. Kay Kay Menon who is one of my favorite actors in Bollywood. So in short casting is promising.

According to trailer Baby is a spy action thriller film. Ajay played by Akshay Kumar forms a secret counter intelligence unit to fight against terrorism.  The trailer gives us hint that what this movie would be but they didn’t reveal the story plot. The entire trailer is about introduction of all characters. . And then we can see some action sequences. Now here I have to mention one thing about Neeraj Pandey that his movies have action but the action sequences are not unbelievable.

So all and all the trailer is very promising and I now I have some great expectations from BABY.
